Founded in 1993, the Van Emmerik Ind. S.R.L. Deva Company is a company with 100% Romanian private capital, with tradition in the inner and outer fitting, as well as industrial metallic confections. Between 1993 and 1996 it produced and exported monthly ornamental fences between 80 and 120 tones. After 1996 it began producing decorative objects for houses and gardens made of forged iron, reaching more than 400 products at the current time. Starting with 1998 a new hall of production and a painting line in an electrostatic field was made, purchasing a series of modern equipment, opening the way to industrial production of metallic confections. The manufacturing profile includes a large range of products: - for indoors: tables, chairs, shelves, beds, candles and flowers supports, banisters, furniture for schools, pharmacies, hotels etc. - for commercial spaces: lay out shelves, wickets, security bars, metal doors, storage shelves (for high weights) etc. - for outdoors: metallic furniture for gardens and pools, shelves for flower pots, rozemporti and filigorie, fairy lights, fences, gates etc. - for industry: any type and size of metallic confections The offered products combine the hardness of metal with the delicacy of glass, the eternity of marble with the warmth of wood, bringing to your house and garden a note of elegance, comfort and modernism. The Van Emmerik Ind. SRL Company makes serial products as well as unique ones (respecting the client's drawing). The offered products are dyed in electrostatic field, the client having to chose from a pallet of colours (RAL codes), as well as from a variety of species dyes. At the current time, the company possesses two electrostatic field dyeing equipments: an automatic one, for high capacities, for parts to 1500x400x1200 mm and a manual dyeing installation for parts to 6800x100x2000 mm. The high professional trained personnel and the modern equipments helped achieving a superior quality, the company obtaining in 2003 the ISO 9001 quality certificate.
