Electricity Distribution and IT Department: Develops the strategy, methods and techniques for managing the activities of operation and operative control of the distribution networks as well as the IT and telecommunication activities in the administration of the electricity distribution and supply subsidiaries. Electricity Supply Department: Provides purchasing of quality electricity from all categories of clients. Human Resources Department: - Provides overall management, organization and administration of human resources; - Draws up the assessment plan and matrix of performance indicators for managers' performance evaluation; - Coordinates the Vocational Training Center, improves the organizational system for personnel training, upgrading and evaluation. The General Secretariate: Coordinates the following departments: - overall strategy; - privatization and international cooperation; - public relations and communication; - quality and environmental protection; - legal issues. Development Department: Coordinates the development activity for the electricity distribution and supply networks. Maintenance and Energy Services Department: Coordinates the activity of maintenance and energy services. Finance & Assets Department: Manages the budget for the three activities: electricity distribution, electricity supply and managerial support; Ensures finance and management accounting for the three activities; Manages costs, tariffs and prices; Provides accounting balance and economic analyses; Coordinates loans and financial transactions. General Analysis and Control Department: Ensures that corporate policies, plans, procedures and regulations and applicable legislation are observed by all company's entities.
