For the provision of its core products and services, Servus created strong partnerships with world recognised suppliers like Hypercom for network and POS equipment, Diebold for ATMs, Oasis and Stratus. For the POS and ATM equipment, Servus provides installation, monitoring, warrantee and post warrantee, maintenance and consultancy. The highly qualified specialist team, a countrywide office network and excellent customer care represented the premise for the company recognition and development. During the last four years, the company built long term business relationships with most of the large card issuing banks on the market: Raiffeisen Bank, Banca Comerciala Romana, BRD - Groupe Soci‚t‚ G‚n‚rale, Banc Post, Banca Comerciala Ion Tiriac, Banca Transilvania, MKB Romexterra Bank. Currently, Servus owns 75% of the POS installed base, 15% of the ATM sales and 33% of the ATM service.
