GTS Telecom operates its own 82.5 Gbit/sec fiber-optic cross-border network in Arad, Oradea Timisoara and Giurgiu directly interconnected with GTS CE infrastructure. The national backbone is the 37.5Gbit/sec MPLS ring. In Bucharest GTS Telecom operates the metropolitan fiber-optic network of 15Gbit/sec and the 5.8GHz radio network covering the entire city.
