GRUP FEROVIAR ROMAN S.A. is a fully private joint-stock company, a service provider whose main objects of activity are public railways freight transportation as transport licensed operator and shunting operations of freight cars on the industrial rails. Our offer includes service of freight dispatches, revisions, repairs and maintenance of rolling stock and rails. Activities of railways freight transportation are performed with owned railway wagons and locomotives. S.C. GFR S.A. has purchased 100% the shares of the different track gauge freight cars transshipment company, S.C. GFR TVM S.A. with different branches at all CFR's frontier stations with Ukraine and Republic of Moldova. In order to make the periodical repairs and modernization, our company owns S.C. Reva S.A. Simeria and S.C. Remar S.A. Pascani that are specialized in repairs and modernization, constructions of freight railway wagons and passenger railway wagons.
