Founded in 1991 with private Romanian capital, Cosmetic Plant is one of the leading manufacturers of cosmetics and personal care products in Romania. The natural extracts and oils of argan, olive, green tea, sea buckthorn, marigold, hip-rose, chamomile, basil or sage, are the foundation of our products. Presently, we have commercial import relations with companies from Great Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Greece, Hungary, or Slovenia to insure an optimal quality of raw materials, packaging, and production means.We take pride in our products, especially since their quality has been internationally recognized. the BIOLIV ANTIAGING Antiwrinkle day cream obtained the highest recognition, the Grand Gold award, two years in a row, 2013 and 2014, at World Quality Selections, organized by Monde Selection in Brussels. The GreenStem Mattifying antiaging day cream obtained the Gold award in 2014 at WQS, while the Q10+green tea Antiwrinkle day cream won the Bronze award at the same international product quality contest in 2012.We keep up to date with innovations in the industry and with market trends. 2013 was a prolific year in terms of broadening our product portfolio. Thus, in February we launched a line of products based on organic argan oil and organic Aloe Vera extract, which was extremely well received by consumers. In October, we introduced three innovative creams in the GreenStem range based on one of the latest discoveries: the antiaging effect of plant stem cells. Considering the impressive regenerative effects of the argan tree, we chose to use stem cells from the argan sprouts. The three GreenStem antiaging creams are packed in glass bottles with dosing pumps, and are, besides BIOLIV, a premium, yet affordable range of products.The particular concern for quality, as an expression of the respect shown to the customer, is the basic company policy. We have received the ISO 22716 (Good Manufacturing Practices) certification in December 2013. Our firm implemented and successfully maintains an ISO 9001-2000 quality management system starting with February 2004 and certified by DEKRA Certification, Germany.
