The company's main range of activities includes: - coordination of activities in all Romanian maritime ports; - functional assurance of activities, administration, maintenance, repair and availability of the minimal technical characteristics of the naval transport infrastructure in Constanta, Midia, and Mangalia ports, and of its own patrimony, providing access to all users without discrimination; - carrying out services, operations and works, directly or by concession, in order to fulfil obligations of the Romanian State as part of international agreements related to the maritime ports; - permanent surveillance of loading/unloading, transport and transit of dangerous goods in maritime ports; - permanent surveillance of all safety services (pilotage, towage, mooring/unmooring); - permanent supply of safety services when there where not compulsory in the administered ports; - supply of services for cruise vessels and services for passengers and tourists.
