The transformations that have taken place in the last year in the economic activity, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, are, in most cases, irreversible, but also beneficial for the business environment. The uncertainty generated by the evolution of the pandemic and the concern of employers for the health of employees have made the flexible work schedule, including remote work, a viable solution for many companies.
