The measures needed globally to mitigate the social and economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic are entering a new stage. With the gradual relaxation of the restrictions imposed in this context, the recovery of economies requires the development and implementation of phased action plans, medium and long term. In essence, it is about moving from direct support measures to stimulating investment for sustainable development.
