O.U.G. no. 62/2020 - Measures in the field of companies that allow the remote adoption of the decisions of the General Meetings of Shareholders / Associates of companies regulated by Law no. 31/1990

The Government of Romania adopted in the meeting of May 7, 2020, pursuant to art. 115 para. (4) of the Romanian Constitution, republished, the draft Emergency Ordinance for the adoption of measures in the field of companies, in order to carry out the meetings of the statutory bodies. The normative act received number 62 from 2020 (hereinafter “Ordinance” or “GEO no. 62/2020”).
