The funding that will be available in the 2021-2027 programming period for research and development activities, either in the form of non-refundable funds or through other financial instruments made available to beneficiaries, shows a significant openness of the European and local authorities to the research sector -development-innovation from Romania, given that the level is much higher than previous financial allocations.
