The main role of the SAF-T file is to standardize the transfer of information between tax administrations and taxpayers

Most companies (82%) responding to a survey conducted by PwC Romania are familiar with the new report on the standard tax control file (SAF-T), although they still have ambiguities, and only 8% said they know exactly what to do according new legal provisions.
