Novo Park business park extends the contract with Garanti Bank Romania by 2024

The Novo Park rented to the banking group totals 7,200 sqm in the F building.

Novo Park Business Park in the Pipera area, owned by Genesis Property, signs the extension of the contract with Garanti Bank Romania for another 5 years.

"The presence of Garanti Bank headquarters in Novo Park for 16 years is unimportant for us and is still a record that our company marks on the office rental market. Only a stable business that understands the complex demands of tenants and offers personalized services can do so. We will continue to work on improving all aspects that can influence the tenants 'and their employees' experience in Novo Park, " said Liviu Tudor, president and founder of Genesis Property.

"By extending the contract with Novo Park, Garanti Bank chose to remain present in the informal business center of Bucharest - Barbu Vacarescu / Pipera Area," added Stefan Tudos, vice president of Genesis Property.

The contract with Garanti Bank will come into force in October 2019

Garanti Bank, one of the most dynamic banks in the local market, is part of Garanti Romania's financial and banking group, which also brings together Garanti Leasing (the brand under which Motoractive IFN SA operates) and Garanti Consumer Loans (the brand under which Ralfi works IFN SA).

Garanti Bank is owned by Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. (TGB), the second largest private bank in Turkey. The Spanish financial group Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) is the majority shareholder of TGB.

Novo Park is one of the largest business parks in Bucharest, developed by Genesis Property and is a reference point in the Pipera office area.
