The analysis of KPMG in Romania "Study regarding the current system of remuneration of executive directors and members of the Boards of Directors of listed companies" shows that the executive directors of companies listed on the Stock Exchange have, predominantly, a fixed salary that varies between 72,417 RON (approx. 14,480 euro) and 2,188,771 RON per year (approx. 437,750 euro), i.e. between 1,200 euro and 36,480 euro per month, while financial directors receive between 162,043 RON (approx. 32,410 euro) and 1,370,313 RON (approx. 274,060 euros) per year, somewhere between 2,700 and 22,840 euros per month - an annual remuneration between 40% and 100% of the salary of an executive director.
