Thus, the tendency of most companies is rather not to apply the benefits offered by the Fiscal Code

Romanian companies are not too eager to access the tax benefits granted by law, it emerges from the results of an EY survey carried out at the end of 2023, the most often cited reason being the legislative complexity and the fear of making mistakes in their application.
