55% of those determined to resign would reconsider the decision if they received a salary increase

The shortage of candidates deepens even more with the return of the labor market to the pre-pandemic level. Almost 165,000 jobs have been published since the beginning of this year alone, 55% more than in the same period last year and 71% more than in 2020.
