eJobs survey: 56% of participating employees plan to change jobs in 2024

The salary is too low, the lack of real opportunities to grow in the company they currently work for or the fact that they work in an environment they consider toxic are the main reasons for dissatisfaction

56% of the participants in the latest survey carried out by eJobs say that, for 2024, they plan to change jobs. 17% are undecided from this point of view, and 27% are satisfied with the place where they currently work and are not thinking of making a change.
