Experience is the main asset that candidates believe they have in the eyes of a potential employer when they are looking for a job. 55.1% of the participants in the most recent survey carried out by eJobs.ro put experience first in a list of strengths, being followed, at a considerable distance (8.4%) by charisma, according to their own evaluations.
