Either entrepreneur or employee in a company, the young people need to improve their digital skills in order to develop their career. But according to the Digital Economy and Society Index report, the Romanians‘ level of digital skills is the lowest in UE. How can these data be changed and what should the young people consider in their career preparation?
Using technology in the classrooms can be a study object or a way to attract and to artificially retain the student attention, making reference to a path to succes, after graduating. Unfortunately, this kind of approach can reduce the valuable time for study needed for common and very important experiences which the students need more, so it is shown in an IDC study realized on Microsoft's demand.
